Ben Barrone
President & CEO

Ben Barrone
President & CEO
Ben Barrone, our President and CEO, joined our team in 2018. With a strong belief in continuous improvement, Ben thrives in an environment where the everyday challenges of strategic growth, lean operations, and technological innovation are worthy challenges to solve. He values the diverse, cross-functional collaboration that comes from being part of a small but dynamic team and prioritizes building strong, mutually-beneficial relationships that drive our business.
Before joining Components Company, he earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Ben started his career in public accounting as an auditor at Plante Moran with specific expertise in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Later, Ben played a key executive leadership role during the start-up phase of Vital Proteins. Outside of work, Ben enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family at the biergarten with their dog.

Gloria Wittig has been a cornerstone of Components Company since 1982, when she began contributing to the business alongside her husband, Joe. As Executive Vice President and Owner, Gloria has played a key role in the company’s growth and evolution over the decades, helping to shape its values, culture, and commitment to service.
Her favorite part of the job is the people—interacting with team members and fostering a workplace that genuinely values connection and community. Gloria believes in embracing change, a lesson she’s learned firsthand through years of navigating the dynamic manufacturing industry.
Before joining Components Company, Gloria worked in the life insurance industry and later became a Registered Nurse, bringing both analytical insight and compassionate leadership to her current role. She’s deeply invested in employee well-being and loves celebrating milestones and traditions, like Packer party lunches and the annual Christmas party.
Outside of work, Gloria enjoys traveling to Florida and Europe, spending time outdoors, and indulging her passions for swimming, gardening, baking, walking, and interior decorating—all best enjoyed with her beloved family.

Ted joined Components Company in 2016 and currently serves as our Vice President of Sales. With a professional background rooted in working with OEMs and a degree from St. Norbert College, Ted brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong customer-first mindset to our team, always leading by example, with a friendly handshake and a smile.
Ted finds the most rewarding part of his work is satisfying customer needs and collaborating with the people around him. He credits much of his growth at Components Company to the ISO principles that guide the way we do business and shares that he is proud to be part of a team that helps eliminate supply chain headaches for our clients.
Ted truly appreciates the special culture here, noting it creates a strong foundation where great people come together to do impactful work. Outside of the office, Ted enjoys spending time with his family and labradors, especially outdoors in all seasons in Northern Wisconsin.

General Manager (IT & Facility Manager)
Robert “Bob” Gross has been a vital part of our team since 2010, serving as General Manager with responsibilities in both IT and facility management. With over 30 years of experience in quality and sourcing, Bob brings a well-rounded and practical approach to solving challenges and improving our operations. He finds the most rewarding part of his role in completing projects that enhance our facilities and in helping our team members resolve IT or facility-related issues.
Bob values the uniqueness of each of his tasks at Components Company and takes every opportunity to make a real impact every day. Outside of work, Bob enjoys fishing, biking, and outdoor cooking.

Supply Chain Manager
Phong joined our team in 2024 as our new Supply Chain Manager, bringing over nine years of cross-industry experience in logistics, procurement, materials, and supply chain management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, has a certification in data science, and is currently pursuing an APICS CPIM certification.
Phong honorably served for eight years in the United States Navy, specializing in intelligence and communications. His distinguished service included participation in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Throughout his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence.
Phong takes pride in applying his expertise to improve our internal processes and elevate our overall customer experience. A real believer in our commitment to service, Phong shares that he appreciates the opportunity to collaborate on complex and impactful projects. Outside of work, Phong is a dedicated gym-goer and enjoys exploring new AI tools and technologies.

Bryan Wojciechowski joined Components Company in 2021 and currently serves as our Quality Manager. Bryan shares that he enjoys all the daily interaction he gets with his team and values the trust he’s given to make decisions that drive the impact and trajectory of our company.
Bryan’s experience spans several roles in quality management, beginning as a Quality Technician and progressing to Quality Engineer before stepping into this leadership role. He proudly plays a lead role in our ISO certification and holds a CQE certification from the Quality Council of Indiana. His hands-on background, paired with his formal training, helps him maintain our diligent customer-first approach. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys hunting, fishing, watching and playing sports (especially football), and spending time with his family.

Gene Cleaver currently serves as our Director of Purchasing and has been with the Components Company team since 2012. Gene finds that the most rewarding part of his role is getting customers what they need, quickly and reliably, whenever they need it.
Originally from the East Coast, Gene began his purchasing career in the power generation industry, getting over a decade of experience under his belt before joining Components Company. Gene shares that it’s our closely knit team and shared commitment to helping our customers succeed that really sets Components Company apart. When he’s not helping manage the intricacies of our vendor base, Gene enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and watching sports.

Matt Peterson has been with the Components Company team since 2011 and currently serves as our Plant Manager. Matt shared that he finds great satisfaction in maximizing our warehouse operations and solving logistical challenges as they emerge.
Over the years, Matt has developed a strong sense of persistence and determination in achieving his professional and personal goals. Starting at Components Company at age 24, Matt has grown with our team and continues to bring both experience and passion to his work. When it comes to getting things done, Matt shares that it’s our friendly and supportive work culture, and plenty of team luncheons, that really keep things moving. When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family and his daughter.

Paul Regele joined Components Company in 2024 as Controller, bringing with him a diverse professional background in engineering, law, financial consulting, and executive management within the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining Components Company, Paul held roles including Quality and Engineering Manager at Tranter Alfa Laval USA and Investment Operations Analyst.
Paul finds the most rewarding part of his work is contributing to the ongoing success of our team and shared that he is continually impressed by Component Company’s commitment to quality, reliability, and responsiveness. Paul shares that he values working alongside a team of exceptionally talented professionals who uphold strong values and attention to detail. Outside of work, Paul enjoys hiking, movies, music, working on cars, and spending time with his grandkids and family.
